The Fringe Method
A beautiful blend of Yin and Yang Vinyasa flow. Each week experiencing a different elemental flow.
Earth, Water, Fire and Air.
Each element is responsible for different areas of the body and different energy centres to re-balance your yourself and your whole being.
Earth - Here we learn to build a pose from the ground up. Focussing on feet, legs, pelvic alignment.
Water - We build on earth and start to flow like water. Focusing on the hips, pelvis, lumbar spine.
Fire - Moving into our power and strength from our centre. Here we focus on two main topics:the core and detoxifying the body.
Air - Our final element Air, we connect to the heart. Anatomically looking at the upper back, shoulders, chest and arm balances.
