Radical Self-Love Club – Terms of Purchase
The Terms and conditions set out below apply to your terms of purchase and provide information pertaining to the Radical Self-Love Club Foundations Course and membership options (where applicable to the purchase). It sets out what you can expect from your purchase and the support you will get from Own Your Joy and me Owner [Samantha Poyser].
Please read them fully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law and set out the terms under which Samantha Poyser (“I”) provide services to you, as purchaser of the Radical Self-Love [“RSL”] Club Foundations Course, and membership option (where membership is applicable to the purchase). These terms are subject to any rights you have under consumer law to which cannot be waived.
Course Outline
The Radical Self-Love Club Foundations Course runs over 10 weeks as outlined on the Own Your Joy website, full details can be viewed here https://www.ownyourjoy.co.uk/rslclub , the course offers a new and profound way of looking at your life, I provide transformational tools, techniques and methods that can help you to create significant changes in your attitude towards life and the actions you take. After the initial 10 weeks, the membership subscription (monthly or annual) applies where purchased and is outlined here https://www.ownyourjoy.co.uk/rslclub, the membership subscription includes Monthly Self-Love Group Sessions with Sam for the term of the purchase and access to The Radical Room online Facebook Group for the duration of the membership. I reserve the right to modify or cancel the membership terms, with written notice.

Following successful purchase of your Radical Self-Love Club package, the course will begin on the date specified at time of purchase and run for 10 consecutive weeks.
I reserve the right to alter dates if circumstances beyond my control mean that an RSL lesson needs to be delayed or rescheduled.
The Radical Self-Love Foundation Course lessons provide the foundation, fundamental principles, methods and tools that can help you experience more gratitude, love, certainty and presence in your life and can help you to act from a greater state of purpose, wisdom, maturity and autonomy. The Monthly Self-love Group Sessions reinforce the use of these lessons and support you to apply them to your life, which is a continuous evolution.
The course has been tried and tested by individuals who are over the age of 18 and from various backgrounds. In working through the course, they have been able to learn the foundations of Radical Self-Love and apply these lessons to all areas of their life. Testimonials can be provided on request.
Whilst those who have worked through the course to date have achieved desired results and continue to apply these lessons in their day to day lives, it is not possible to provide any guarantees that you will experience any specific results. Failure to implement the foundations and implement course foundations may limit your ability to benefit from the information provided and can limit any results.
Radical Self-Love is not easy, it takes time and practice and may uncover past memories and emotions that you may find challenging. If you were recently or are currently under any form of psychiatric care, other psychological therapy, specialised medical supervision or under the influence of any form of medication, the Radical Self-Love Club is not a substitute for this, please check with your healthcare professional that it is suitable for you to participate. If you’re not sure about any of the advice given in the course materials, lessons and sessions, at no point should you delay in obtaining medical input from a healthcare professional.
It is your individual responsibility to apply what is shared and taught in the course (and ongoing membership where applicable) to your own life both during the course and afterwards. Each individual is unique and their starting position and commitment to the course is unique to them.
Please be aware that this course is delivered entirely in English and no translations are provided for videos or text.
Private Facebook Group
You will have access to a private Facebook group [“The Radical Room”] to support you during the Course and Membership. The intention of the Facebook group is to provide community support and a network of individuals who are learning the Radical Self-Love Club foundations and principles.
From time to time, I may post and offer support in the Facebook Group but there is no guarantee that posts will be responded to immediately or that any Facebook mailboxes will be monitored.
Please be advised that whilst we hope that you will be able to utilise the Facebook group, we make no guarantees as to the availability of the group and/or the content within the group at any time.
Behaviour
It is always requested that your behaviour towards others is polite and respectful. I will not be held responsible for the behaviour or actions of any other members. Should your behaviour be deemed offensive or inappropriate we reserve the right to remove you from the membership with immediate effect.
Payment Terms
The cost of the Radical Self-Love Foundations Course is outlined here https://www.ownyourjoy.co.uk/rslclub with various packages available to suit you. All purchases are final. (Please see below for details about refunds). Membership subscription following the initial 10 week course will be automatically charged monthly or annually (depending on the package purchased). The monthly membership subscription can be cancelled at any time following the 10 week RSL foundations course. Annual membership can be cancelled at any time prior to annual renewal.

Once you have completed the 10 week course, you may wish to work with me further, rolling subscription to The Radical Self-Love Club is available after the Foundations Course if not already purchased. Please be aware that additional charges will apply, depending on the offer or membership you choose to continue with.

Privacy and Confidentiality
Your privacy and protection of your personal data is important to me. I will keep your personal data confidential and will never share it with unconnected third parties. Your payment information will be processed by a secure third-party processor. I will be provided with your email address and name but never be provided with your financial information.
Please be aware that weekly Live RSL Lessons and Monthly Self-Love Group Sessions will be recorded, and your name and image/video may be captured. The recordings of the RSL Lessons will be kept and made available to you for the duration of your membership. Some parts of your recordings might be used for testimonials or training purposes. If you attend any group training and don’t want to be on camera, it is your responsibility to make sure that your camera is switched off and your name field is changed to “Attendee” with your initial so that support can still be offered but no personal identifiable information will be captured.

Refunds and Cancellation
You are purchasing a 10 week course with some digital content including data, which is produced and supplied in digital form and you are only entitled to a refund in limited circumstances. In purchasing a Radical Self-Love Club package, you are waiving your rights to a refund unless the statutory circumstances for refunds are met.
Should you consider that any digital material downloads are faulty for any reason, please communicate this immediately to [email protected] and a further copy will be provided on request.
Intellectual Property
You will be provided with course workbooks and other materials. At all times, even following purchase, the intellectual property rights and copyright connected with those materials remain with me, Sam Poyser, Own Your Joy. You have the right to use the materials as learning tools, but you are not permitted to duplicate, imitate or provide copies to third parties whether for free or as part of a sale.

If you have any feedback about the course, please do share it with me. It is always great to receive testimonials and constructive comments.

We make no guarantees or claims as to the success of any member. The aim is that by working through the course and resources you can experience more gratitude, love, certainty and presence in your life, and it can help you to act from a greater state of purpose, wisdom, maturity and autonomy.
We are not responsible for any action or inaction which you take as a result of the information shared within the course or membership.
No content in this course or membership should be construed as medical advice, whether mental or physical. If you believe that you require medical attention, you should seek assistance from a medical professional immediately.
We ask that all members in the RSL Club and membership (where subscribed) respect the rights of others in respect of their behaviour and privacy and will keep confidential any personal information shared. We will not be responsible for the action of any members including for any disclosures made by any members based on information which has been shared within the course or membership.
General
I intend to rely on the written terms set out in these terms and conditions in respect of the course and membership delivered to you. These written terms shall constitute the entire agreement between us.
If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision or part-provision shall be deemed deleted. Any such modification or deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these terms and conditions.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter and proceedings arising out of your purchase of the course and membership.
